CESAR: It was always my dream to learn about the passionate world of gastronomy. I am 43& I am still studying & compiling recipes from my travels through Europe, Andalucia & the Americas. I have always tried to acquire knowledge & techniques about cooking from yesterdays & today’s kitchen. The fruit of this passion finally arrived in October 2008.Iquestioned myself if I could translate my experiences in my own restaurants. After working so long as an employee & partner I got my reward for all my hard work & perseverance. Three restaurants where I could see arrive at the tables the best quality meats, fish, pizza, pasta, salads& tapas from our kitchen. All this seasoned with a good & efficient service where you can enjoy together with your partner, friends or family. The general opinion is a very good price-quality, elegant, fun & professional setting. |
